The Myoplex Energy Bar is jammed full with carbohydrates (44g in a 65g)! These delicious bars in banana and tropical, have 75% energy from fructose-glucose syrup, rice flour, oat flakes, fructose, sugar and various fruit. At the same time they have only 5.5% fat. The carbohydrates are the main energy source for your muscles during exercise. The combination of fast and slow carbohydrates provides a fast and continuous energy supply which are an excellent energy source during long and intensive endurance exercises. For example: e.g. cycling, running and evening high intense weight training.
